I think the web is the perfect accoutrement for the Ghost-y house, and, well, Tar hasn't got a care in the world, that's why he smiles. Abby does the dirty work for him.
You should keep the web there till Halloween, oh,wait, Abby will tire of it soon and eat it!!!
How do you ever get anything done? I would want to spend my days with Abby and Tar...carefree, not a problem in the world to worry about.
